This family has had quite a few milestones since the last time I saw them! New baby Landon was just born!! He was just 7 days out for these photos. He is eating and sleeping like a little champ. Gavin is ready to celebrate his 3rd birthday and is thrilled to be a big brother. He is happy to hug, kiss and even feed the baby! Such a good helper!! It was fun to see these guys again and be able to get some family photos, capture Gavin as a 3 year old and baby Landon as a sweet newborn!!
Meet sweet baby Arianna, all 7lbs of her. This little girl is super alert and does not want to miss a thing! She just loves to be awake so we were lucky that she slept (a little) for us!! Arianna has the most beautiful, pouty lips I have ever seen on a baby and mom says, her brother's lips were even more full when he was born! That brother of hers is Lorenzo, who is 2...maybe 3...he just laughed and kept going back and forth but I think he has a birthday coming soon! Zo is enjoying his days being an older brother and "helping" with his new sister. He is very sweet and more than happy to give her kisses and hugs on demand. Mom had dreams of baby photos with tutus and princess crowns before she was even pregnant so I hope these live up to her expectations! Congratulations to this beautiful family on their adorable new addition!! Arianna is perfection!!
I always love hanging out with this fun family. I can't believe it had been a year since I saw them last. Alex was just a newborn! It was great to see him as such a big boy, keeping up with his brother and sister. They are all so cute and have grown up so much!! Josh will be starting Kindergarten, Hannah is ready for Pre-K and Alex is already walking. Can not believe it! As usual, I love the outfits and the look Katharine put together. She always does such a great job coordinating everyone. They are a stylish bunch right here!! The beach turned out to be a great location for the kiddos. The giant playground in the sand worked in our favor and Alex enjoyed eating the sand! Haha! Why do all babies love to eat sand??!!
I had such a nice time hanging out with this sweet family and their newest little addition. Leo is such a happy 7 month old boy. His smile will light up a room and his giggles are contagious! And those cheeks...How doesn't want to squeeze them?! Leo was both intrigued and surprisingly content during his first encounter with grass. The whole gang, even Stella (that cute doggie), can't get enough of him! Spending some time in the rose gardens did not disappoint. It's such a beautiful time of year there with all the flowers in bloom. Below are a few of my favorites from this charming family session at Delaware Park!
This love story began when Chelsey was 16 years old and started working as a camp counselor at the YMCA. She met Peter and his two sisters while working there and the rest is history. Ten years later, Chelsey and Peter remain inseparable!
As his friends affectionately describe...Peter is slightly obsessed with Disney. So, it was fitting that their fairy tale engagement would happen at Walt Disney World. Chelsey incorporated just a touch of that Disney spirit into their big day with her Disney branded, "I Do" shoes and Mickey Mouse socks for Peter! This added a bit of playfulness to the gorgeous blush, white and navy color pallet selected for the wedding party. I just love these colors! I also like the unique styles the bridesmaids chose for their pale pink dresses. Their beautiful gowns combined with the blush, ivory and greens of the florals was perfection! Let's talk about Chelsey's dress for a minute. Gorgeous, right?! It was not exactly her first pick. She actually had purchased another dress and suddenly decided it was not 'the one'. Gasp....!! Bliss Bridal to rescue. She found this lace embellished stunner, paired it with a mid length veil, and never looked back! It was obviously the right decision, Chelsey was absolutely glowing all day long!!
One of my favorite parts of Chelsey + Peter's wedding day was when Chelsey read the note Peter had written to her. She actually read it aloud so Paul could get the audio and we all got to hear his heartfelt message. It was such a sweet and emotional moment and I love how he actually created his own greeting card with their favorite saying "Best Day Ever" on the back! So, so sweet!
Chelsey and Peter sealed the deal in a traditional Catholic ceremony at St. Thomas Aquinas church in South Buffalo. They will becoming SB residents in the very near future, so we swung by their brand new home to get a picture with the SOLD sign. Their first home - how exciting!! Then of course, we had to get a picture in front of the YMCA, where it all began. After that, we were off to Delaware Park for a few photos, then it was party time at Pearl Street Bar and Grill. The reception room looked charming with twinkle lights and white hydrangeas offset with rustic touches like wine barrels and wood centerpieces. They included just the right amount of lace and candle light to soften the industrial feel of the room.
Chelsey and Peter's first dance left us speechless. It was seriously, one of the sweetest first dances I have witnessed to Ed Sheeran's "Tenerife Sea". They sang every word to each other with such passion and conviction. It was as if no one else was in the room. I think I will always remember their first dance when I hear that song, it was so incredibly sincere.
Chelsey and Peter, you are the nicest couple and have the most wonderful families. Mary and I are so honored that we were able to witness your love for each other and capture these memories. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Evaldi!!

Elisha and Nick lived downtown for many years and recently moved to the burbs. During the days of city living and minimal yard space, they would frequent Delaware Park. Taking the family back to Delaware Park was a bit nostalgic. Those memories are probably now mingling with new ones of the kiddos acting silly and giggling while they were jumping up and down the stairs and running around Hoyt Lake. Ella and Alex are the cutest, with big blue eyes and full of energy! At 18 months, Alex does a good job keeping up with his big sister and mimics everything she does! They did their job of smiling for pictures and then it was time to hit the playground. To say they were excited would be an understatement, they were ready to play!! And so the fun began!
I had so much fun hanging out with this wonderful family at their beautiful, brand new home. They have the most gorgeous gardens and the kids love playing outdoors. After a lot of rain and some chilly days, it finally felt like spring in Buffalo! Their cousin, Pierce, was visiting when I arrived and I got to watch them all play together for a bit. They already have this little bond that is simply adorable. Baby Maria is about to have her first birthday and she is so stinking cute and happy. And the twins...it's been awhile since I've seen them and they are so grown up now at 4 years old. I had the best time playing with them! I have to thank Louis and Estelle for their camera skills and the many garden pictures I ended up with. We took a ton of photos because they really enjoyed pushing the button of my camera. I'm excited that we ended up with so many pretty flower photos! Below are a few of my favorites from this adorable family portrait session!!
This little nugget and those squishy cheeks!!!! Can't get enough! At first, I didn't think he looked like his older brother as a baby, but in these photos I can definitely see the resemblance! Nate was such a good little sleeper for us and loved being all swaddled up, nice and tight like a burrito. Then we messed with him. He pretty much hated us when we wrapped him with his arms and legs out and expressed himself by giving me the finger when he went back to sleep! Haha! I noticed it and loved it because his brother did the same thing with his finger in his newborn pictures. :) Some of my favorite photos are the groggy ones after he fought his arms out of the wrap. Sometimes, these sweet babies are best just left to do their thing and look natural!! I love their little arms and legs stretching out!
I was so excited to see this happy family again! Raegan is such a big girl now and she just loves her new brother, Quinn. She is an adorable, 2yr old ball of energy, with the best hair ever! Raegan is always ready to help with the baby and snuggle him whenever she thinks he needs it! It is so cute how she never wants to leave her brother, she always wants to be right there with him!! Quinn is a sweet and calm newborn. His tendency to be a good sleeper and his relaxed demeanor make for one happy mama! I love his fine, blonde, baby hair and those fair, fluttery eyelashes so, so much! I also adore how he sleeps with his mouth open, and as with all the babies, I am totally obsessed with his tiny little toes! Below are some of my favorites from this sweet photo session!
