We had such a great weekend visiting with our cousins from Boston! All of the kids got along so well and everyone had a blast. It's hard to believe it's the end of summer and everyone is about to start school. These 4 guys are hysterical. They are big into basketball and introduced me to a dance move called dabbin...also their favorite photo pose :)
I feel like we waited forever to meet this adorable little man and he's finally here with one of the quickest deliveries ever! Poor Mary...went from boating to birthing in a few short hours. Fran was so sweet and just slept for us as we moved him around, let Molly hold him and put him in a loving headlock for a few quick kisses. He just slept through it all! I love, love, love those scrunched up lips. He may not do it often, but whenever we put his hands near his cheeks, those full lips squished right up! Love him and of course, big sister Molly!! <3 <3 <3
Logan was another one of my Class of 2017 Senior Models from this Spring. I was so glad when she asked me to take her Senior Portraits. We were lucky to get these photos in before the projected thunderstorms that happened later that night. Logan's dad scoped out this graffiti filled urban "garden" that made for a really interesting and unique background. I love it!! Logan is involved in theater and cosmetology at school. She has aspirations of moving to the Big Apple, where her older brother already resides. She is a genuine and beautiful person and seriously so photogenic. Those eyes!!!!
Here are some of my favorites from her Senior session!!
Well this is exciting!

Thomas and Lina had such a beautiful day for an intimate, backyard wedding. The bride and groom planned the small wedding for only their closest family and friends from afar, with the help of Thomas' family. The gorgeous event was held in the backyard of Thomas' parents home in Lake View, NY. Thomas' sister, Erin acted as their wedding coordinator, organizing many of the details.
Erin's friend, Erika Morgan, actually made the amazing wedding cake and the floral adorned sugar cookies. I overhead the kids discussing how it was the best cake they had ever eaten! I agree, it was pretty unbelievable! Even in the afternoon heat, I think everyone had wedding cake. The bride's vibrant bouquet, the boutineer and coordinating cake topper were all created by Woyshners Flower Shop, in the Hotel Lafayette. The bride and groom's matching wedding bands were local selections from Reeds Jewelers. I still can't get over how tiny Lina's band is. It wouldn't fit on my pinky! She has the most petite fingers (or I have manhands). Lina was a stunning bride in her simple and elegant ivory gown. Her hair and makeup was done by Euphoria Salon and I love the baby's breath accents in her chic updo.
The flower girls and ring bearer were all nieces and nephews of the couple, and they are all so, so cute!!! After the wedding guests lunched on bbq ribs and wedding cake, the bride and groom playfully danced to Lina's playlist and laughed while Thomas tried to sing to her in Spanish. It was truly an honor to photograph this special day and to watch this lovely celebration as two cultures were joined together through the love of this couple!
