Even when it's a 90 degree day in Florida, there is a nice breeze along the beach during the Spring. This made LaPlaya on Naples Beach, the perfect location for Peyton's Senior Portraits. It is somewhere that's close to Peyton and family's heart. Not a shabby place to work either, the whole property is stunning!
Happy Graduation to all of the 2019 Seniors out there!! To any of the mamas out there who may feel like they missed their opportunity, it is never too late to get those Senior Portraits done. They are not in college quite yet.. I know you will cherish these tangible memories a few years from now, when the house is just a little too quiet!!

She is stunning and crazy talented. What a honor to get to see her sparkling personality shine!
Good luck in your Senior year, Kylie! We had a warm, summery day for this nature filled Senior session. We were joking about Ben wearing a sweater, but we were all pretty comfortable in the shade. Ben is such a likable guy, the youngest of three siblings and the last one to leave the nest. It makes me think how quickly these kids of ours grow up. They say the days are long, but the years are short. I'm finding that statement to be undeniably accurate. Iroquois Football and Baseball take up most of this high school Senior's time. This final year of high school is moving forward quickly. With summer still in the air, Homecoming and college deadlines are already right around the corner!
This lacrosse goalie already has a spot at Manhattan College on lock down. Smart and sporty with both athletic and academic scholarships! He likes the city life so he will do just fine in NYC!! What a gorgeous Indian Summer night we had on the Buffalo waterfront for this session!
Getting ready for summertime...and that means Senior Portraits! I'm so thankful for the beautiful girls that are willing to model for me! Spring is always such an interesting time because we never know what we are going to get as far as weather and nature. It's usually pretty wet and there may or may not be any leaves on the trees. We were lucky to have a gorgeous warm and sunny day among a stretch of extremely rainy days. Madilyn was a great sport in her dress as we wandered through the mud filled woods and hills! It was worth it!! This time I tried something a little different and experimented with both film and digital photos. Film is still like a big surprise because I'm still learning, but somehow it never disappoints! You can get to know my Senior Model, Madilyn in the Senior Spotlight below and then scroll through some of my favorites from this fun styled session!
Senior Spotlight Madilyn This time, I tried something new and used both digital and film. What are your hobbies/interests, and why do they interest you? Music! To me music is such a relieve and a get away. I also love theatre! It's so fun playing a different character Describe your personal style. Modern, and elegant What kind of music is on your favorite playlist? Adele! Love her How would you describe your perfect day? Going to NYC and shopping What are some things you can't live without? Family, friends, and food Describe your personality in 3 words. Fun, outspoken, and caring Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Hopefully somewhere in NYC having some kind of role in fashion! Random fun fact about you... I love pizza logs Brittaney is a 2017 Grad at Eden and a softball pitcher. She is a talented athlete and also so much fun to be around. We explored Chestnut Ridge and tried to steer clear of the 150 runners that appeared out of nowhere as they randomly came out of the woods! I love how she rocks her completely natural look with such confidence! So beautiful. Below are some of my favorites from Brittaney's Senior session. :)
Logan was another one of my Class of 2017 Senior Models from this Spring. I was so glad when she asked me to take her Senior Portraits. We were lucky to get these photos in before the projected thunderstorms that happened later that night. Logan's dad scoped out this graffiti filled urban "garden" that made for a really interesting and unique background. I love it!! Logan is involved in theater and cosmetology at school. She has aspirations of moving to the Big Apple, where her older brother already resides. She is a genuine and beautiful person and seriously so photogenic. Those eyes!!!!
Here are some of my favorites from her Senior session!! Kristin is a 2017 Grad at Hamburg High. She was one of my Senior Models and I was thrilled to take her Senior Portraits. She enjoys cheerleading and alternative music. I love Kristin in this cute lavender and lace dress! I usually don't do a ton of photos in uniforms, but I'm digging the vintage varsity feel of her cheerleading pictures below. The brick and ivy at the school made for some nice backdrops! :) Kristin is extremely motivated. She holds a job between attending school and extra curricular activities and is looking forward to becoming a mid wife. Talk about goals! I know she will do great and I wish her all the best in her exciting future.
Valerie is a fellow photographer and recent high school graduate, heading to RIT for a Science Major. She obviously is the whole package - bright, beautiful, and has an exciting journey ahead of her.
Below are some of my favorites from Valerie's Senior Portrait Session! I had a great time hanging out with this gorgeous 2017 Grad for her Senior Session. We had the most perfect night for exploring the Erie shore, and all the rocks and algae that come with it :) Madi is such a beautiful young person, inside and out. Lots of excitement ahead in her Senior Year!
