"The New Guy" is already 6mo old! I can't believe it, where does the time go? This little nugget is sitting up, grabbing everything, and loves his feet. Joey's no where near crawling and I'm fine with that, he can stay immobile until he's 2. Lol! He'll get everything to his mouth except a puff. He gets those little pieces lost in his hand, then gets mad and just bashes them on the tray, crushing them. He's a pretty smiley 'little dude' (as Tommy calls him), even now that he's teething. I'm so happy he has held on to his fuzzy little hair :) I know I'm biased, but he's just so darn cute!

I recently had a super fun photo shoot for Adornment, a cool furniture store in Cheektowaga. If you have not been there yet, you should totally check it out! Trish and Suzanne find amazing pieces of vintage and eclectic furniture that they paint and refinish themselves. Their creations are beautiful, I've bought five pieces from their store! I loved Trish's artistic vision as soon as she mentioned it to me. The idea was to showcase some of the furniture with 'models' in a few different locations to come up with an interesting new logo for the store. It was probably funny to see a bunch of chicks, 4 in cocktail dresses and heels, hauling furniture, shlecking through mud and up railroad tracks! We lucked out with the weather and the models looked so pretty :) I love how these turned out, I think they are all my favorites!
I had the pleasure of hanging out with this cute little guy last Thursday. Luc was just 12 days old and had the most adorable, flowing shock of blond hair and long blond eyelashes! He was supposed to be a St. Patrick's Day baby, but he decided to take his time and sure gave his mom a run for her money. Everyone is doing great and baby Luc is certainly the most content little newborn I have met. He did not cry (not even a whine) once while I was there. This is the only baby that would probably ever let us stuff him into a basket, wide awake and naked, and smile for us! He is such a sweet boy. Aunt Jenny brought Colin and Rae over to meet their new cousin while I was there - it was super cute to see that interaction :) Besides his good looks, Luc is also in line for some pretty brilliant genes. His mom is a doctor and his father is an artist... lucky guy! Grandma got him the Winnie the Pooh outfit so that was a must for his first photo shoot, I loved the little "Pooh" shoes!
My pretty little niece, Hannah, is getting so big! At just 7 months, she is already super mobile. She went from crawling to pulling up and standing in a week! Now, she's cruising around furniture. Hannah doesn't ever stop moving! She's probably watching her older brother and sister all day, thinking "I can do that!" It's all very cute, but probably exhausting trying to keep up with her! This fearless little munchkin will be walking soon...watch out!!
Melanie's Bridesmaids and her Godmother hosted a beautiful Bridal Shower in her honor at Coco. It was my first time experiencing Coco in downtown Buffalo and it was great! It was nice to meet all of Melanie's family and friends who came out for the special day. She received so many amazing shower gifts and her 3 adorable Jr. Bridesmaids were more than happy to help her open all of the presents. Details, details...I loved all the cute details that went into this. The cupcake dress cake was gorgeous and her bridesmaids presented Melanie with her bachelorette surprise at the shower. This was a unique idea I had never seen before. They planned a whole day/night, presented it to her with little bride goodies, and gave everyone at the shower an invitation. Super fun idea! One of Melanie's bridesmaids, Jennifer, made this for her... Isn't it awesome?! Jennifer made this too. She should open a store on Etsy!
